Laguerre RSI indicator for Quantower

The Laguerre RSI indicator is an indicator based on John EHLERS' Laguerre Filter to avoid the noise in the RSI indicator.

This indicator is replicated from the one produced by "KivancOzbilgic" for TradingView charts. It is currently working very well and produces line values similar to those of the original indicator.

It is worth noting that the coloring of the indicator has been fixed from its original TradingView version. All 100 values of the indicator line are now colored green instead of being red in the original version.
